Updates, greetings to extra short demo

Updated the following:

1. Traffic manager to make it more controllable for me and more playable for players :)
2. Changed external camera behaviour (car on-screen position and following mode)
3. Fixed "glow" on UI elements
4. Added constraints to drive only ahead on road and tracks and not dive into water :)
5. A lot of little fixes, including sounds and car interiors
6. Updated bonuses for free road races, track days participation and drag races. Tried to bring balance between income and cost of the cars at dealer
7. Added click sound to menu elements :)
8. Masked car brands :(
9. Added steering sensitivity to Advanced options
10. Added opponent selection system for RaceTrack and DragStrip to race with more/less similar cars
11. Added demo to show gameplay on regular road
